The place was located in a somewhat convenient area, the lobby appeared modern and had furniture that was in a decent condition. the overall furniture of the room appeared clean, but that didn't change the drafty window that let in a lot of outside noise. the room also had the expected amenities, such as air conditioning and hot water. the housekeeping was not up to the mark as reported. the breakfast buffet was included in the reservation, but the staff refused to provide it.

The staff did not seem to care about customer satisfaction.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel facilities were top-notch and the staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. The cleanliness of this place was nothing short of impressive, and we felt very safe and secure during our time here. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. And lastly, the breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations.
